Are North-Africans genetically the same as Middle-Eastern Arabs?

Human genetics is very complex. You can't go by surface features alone. For example, a study was done of a racially diverse group of college students a few years ago. There were students from Korea who were closer, genetically, to kids from Europe than they were to kids from China.
