Are North Africans Arab?
I'm talking about Maghreb Arabs (Moroccans, Sahrawi, Algerians, Tunisians, Libyans, and Mauritanians). I notice they speak Arabic a lot different then the Arabs in Egypt and the Middle East. I also notice they are a lot more light skinned, they look similar to Iberians. Are they Arabs?
