I think my friends dad likes me?

ok so like my friends dad constantly textes me,and when im over at their house aka all the time he stares and smiles at me he ticks me sometimes and flirts with me like saying things in text like: u were loving on me when i was tickling u or playing around like ou think about me all the time.or when im over he constantly messes with me all the time!help what do i do.like does it sound like he likes me? o yea and btw were goin to the beach soon!
