Is there any chances for algerian citizen to get touristic visa for canada?

hi, i'm wondering is there any chances for algerian male citizen to get touristic visa for canada ?? he has full time job in algeria, he's single, never travell out of algeria...; i.m living in canada, married, i'd like him to visit me and my husband in canada...; what do i need as to the documents to send to visa officers as to his inviting to visit us in canada ?? my husband works, i do not work. i have permanent resident status, my husband is canadian citizan. thank's..;
