Question abou sex with my girlfriend ?

So we haven't gone fully all ou lt with sex, we've just did it a few times here and there. We didn't have a condom or on birth control but it wasn't long periods of time. Do you think it's possible for her to get pregnant and what could we look out for to know if she does?
