What can we do to stop the misandry found in childrens movies?

What you're watching isn't "children's" movies. You're watching adult's movies that involve children. And I haven't seen much of this myself, being practically obsessed with movies you'd think I would have come across this more than once or twice. Could you please tell us what movies you're referring to? The closest I've seen to what you're talking about is a couple TV shows like Life with Derick and one movie I can remember, Mysterious Skin, which is based on a true story where that really happened.
